Today our All Stars learned about peace and being peacemakers. Second grade discussed ways to be peaceful and have peace, and then created a dove with their fingerprints to signify that they will be peacemakers! A 4th grade All Star wore the best shirt to signify peace. Mr. Essenpreis talked about peace in PE and being responsible with the equipment! Way to go All Stars!

This week's "Feel Good Friday" is a shoutout to our school community for supporting us to make a strong start! The Synapsory donated "Calm Corner Kits" to help our students better regulate themselves and their emotions. District 201 wrote positive messages for our All Stars to read to start the year. Also, our teachers worked incredibly hard to create a classroom environment where our All Stars feel like they belong! We are so proud of our first two days, and we look forward to our first full week! #bettertogether #weare118
